The app itself is great. It supports the phone well and is very stable. However, the wireless charger doesn't live up to the hype. If you have a thick phone case, wireless charging will not work. You practically have to make sure it's in the perfect position for the charger to work, and that's after you take your phone out of the case. The hold works almost too well. I guarantee you can roll your Jeep 37 times and the phone won't fall out, making phone removal a two-handed job. It snaps shut with quite a bit of force. My advice is to buy one without a charger and find another charger with a 17mm ball mount.
