Love the look, love the feel, it fits better than you'd expect. But I didn't give it five stars because the side water bottle pockets are terrible. I've had the bag for two days now and have already lost two items from the side pockets, a water bottle and a bottle of mouthwash. And it's not like someone picked me up, turned me upside down and shook me until everything was released. If that manufacturer has other designs, choose one that doesn't have water bottle pockets. This is given away property.
