I tried the mask on a test basis in the afternoon, did not like it. Yes, it is very easy to apply, a very thin gel will do. It took quite a long time to dry, about 4 minutes, in total I let it sit for 25 minutes. The longer the mask was on the stickier it got, my fingers almost sticking to it when I touched it. I kept washing it off, just never felt like I even took it off, my skin never felt clean. I ended up using an astringent to wipe away the residue, let it dry. STILL, my skin was too sticky, so I used a cleanser and toner combo to finally cleanse my skin. A bad side effect is a severe headache. I will never use this again, especially at night, hey, just the thought makes me nervous.
