I bought this item used because it was almost 50% off the original price. It turns out you get what you pay for. I was so excited to get this item as I am starting to work on my ergonomics at my desk at work and this keyboard is so cute! I received the package, opened it and inside was a poorly sealed, torn box with a "Revain Inspected" sticker on it. I suspect they didn't check it well because 1) the F4 key was damaged and didn't stay in place 2) the ctrl key was placed upside down 3) the mouse was missing 4) there was no USB socket, so the product was just a piece of plastic that sat in my room until I could get it back. Sorry I don't have pictures of what I originally received but I have ordered a brand new one and will let you know if it gets any better. crossed fingers
