Excellent customer service

I continue my review below. I did not request a refund, but the support team for this product contacted me and processed the return anyway. Excellent customer service. I bought it because it's supposed to be for iPhone 12 and 12 Pro. After unpacking and starting the installation process, I found that the screen is smaller than my iPhone's screen. Description was wrong
