Review on Rain Hydro Flask 22 oz Tumbler by Steve Campbell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Let's face it — who needs a $27 mug anyway?

As the title says, who needs this? Nobody, you can find many mugs that you already have at home if you really want to save money, save the planet, etc. But do you WANT one? Yes. I got this mug because I always knock over mugs on my desk. I like the snap-on lid that has a slit for sipping a drink. The mug is easy to clean and you don't need a bottle brush or anything like that. The ice really stays up all night. I don't like that different colors are priced differently and from different sellers, but buying from Revain was the only way to get free shipping without spending a lot more on the official Hydro Flask store. If you're worried about counterfeits, there's plenty of information on the internet, but even the wide-mouth bottle I got direct from Hydro Flask failed a few tests. For now, the best test is to check the size and type of lettering on the bottom of the cup, otherwise check the lettering in the label, the languages on the label, the presence of a brand logo, the packaging, etc. will all drive you crazy It's a good bust but don't be fooled into thinking you're saving the planet unless you only use 100% reusable cups and take them (with Covid in mind) for use in restaurants and whatnot. And if you look at a whole cupboard with unused cups and mugs and don't donate them, that doesn't help either. You wanted an expensive, trendy mug that felt good in your hand or on the table - admit it.
