The 2000 Chevy Blazer had to disconnect the battery and connect plus and minus for three hours to drain and suck in all the juice noise, but (it worked) after this drain method, go ahead and follow the key ignition, driver's door open, etc. Manually this works a few times but don't go out and spend $100.00 on a dealer to set you up
