It's okay, could be better
My mother recently noticed that the upper part is only made of plastic, which somehow explains the result of this review. Dinner...but it doesn't make things cold or hot as advertised. I walk to work all day and sometimes I can't have lunch many hours later than planned. Even after waiting two hours, my hot lunch is cold before I sit down to eat it. I feel like it stays fresh so I don't mind eating cold food all the time. But the goal was to find a thermos that would bring me a warm lunch to work. I'll probably come back and try to find something more suitable for my needs.
