Received this set today and put it in the wash. This fits a 12 inch mattress and while advertised for a 16 inch mattress it barely fits this 12 inch mattress. The material is soft and quite heavy, but I was afraid I might tear the fitted sheet if I try to tuck it under the corners. This should perhaps fit a 10 inch mattress or smaller, but with this size the fitted sheet will bend in the middle of the mattress. If I hadn't washed it I would have returned it for a more fitting set but tried it on before washing. gives no real assessment of its suitability. Advertising is misleading in this area. The rest is a normal sentence. The color is good, no streaks and not a ton of lint after the first run through the dryer. Kit for anything more than a 10" deep mattress. However, I would like to add that with all the complaints, I haven't seen a single response from the company. That seems to say it all.
