Review on Phanteks Eclipse P400 Steel ATX Mid Tower Case - Anthracite Grey with Tempered Glass by Tyler Spencer

Beware of power button

I bought this case along with a complete setup for a friend for a first time PC game. I've assembled many PCs before, but this was the first I've ever encountered a problem. With the PC fully assembled I was ready to power up the system, mind you he had to wait a few months to save. Do you know what happens when I press the power button? it doesn't even turn on. For 4 hours I look for bugs by disassembling, assembling and testing everything that suggests interest, but nothing happens. I know the power comes to the motherboard. Then I read something on Reddit that said to short circuit the board to start it. what do you know it starts I feared that I would let my friend down and he would become depressed that he would have to wait longer only to find out the power button wasn't working. I discovered this using an old Dell case I had. I'm really upset that the product is buggy for people who don't understand PC and this was the first build which would be a terrible experience. For that I give the case "1 star"! If I were you, I'd stick with the YouTuber review with positive feedback
