We got it delivered to us on Oct 11 first time using it and they didn't even last stopped working before they were even on very long, company was very good at helping me fix the issue the gloves were the issue shoelaces worked great

- Socks and gloves that are attached are too big
Cons
- The batteries in these gloves and shoelaces can be difficult to replace
