It really helps us to understand which of our users are using certain functionality or not so that we can make changes accordingly in future releases. We have used this tool for almost 2 years now with no issues at all. I would say it has been one of the best tools available out there when you want to track your user adoption rate. Nothing much as such but if you need something like this then go ahead otherwise its just fine too! One thing i dislike about airship dashboard is that sometimes some fields don't get filled properly while creating new report (especially those who use different languages). Also, sometimes even after providing correct credentials they will ask me again & again before showing up any results. This was my experience till date.
