I have been using this backpack every day for two months. I didn't notice any loose seams. The zippers still work well. Has more pockets and dividers than I know what to do with. Attached is a photo of what I'm carrying in my backpack. The seat cushion (Everlasting Comfort--https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EBDV9BU/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_WB7BFbMHHXNDD) takes up most of the space. It folds up and easily fits into the large compartment in the middle. The backpack may not be the most modern, but I find its look very pleasant. The straps are wide enough and sewn well. I don't feel any discomfort in my shoulders, even though I only wear them twice a day for about 100 meters at a time. I appreciate the solid construction inside and out. It looks like it won't be long. "Waterproof" I have not tested. I didn't rely on this statement when I bought it. I was just hoping that the fabric itself was somewhat water repellent. Since the zips aren't closed, I doubt it's waterproof. I wrap him in a poncho when I'm waiting for the rain. I can't say anything about the water resistance of the material. Unfortunately, my usage will decrease in the near future. So I probably won't be able to do a thorough long term test. In the short term it has exceeded my expectations and has withstood very well limited use. Definitely recommend!
