It's hard to review a product that is so outdated. For those of you who don't understand what I'm talking about, DVI and HDMI are now the video card output/monitor connection standards. Connecting VGA from my graphics card to my HDTV gives a very blurry picture due to the quality. If you intend to use this for gaming and video, don't. This can work if you need to customize presentations like PowerPoint on a larger display or just need a longer desktop-to-monitor cable. It's cheap though, so you get what you pay for.
