Disappointing. in Bags, Cases & Covers

As many YouTubers have pointed out in their reviews of this keyboard case, it just won't hold up. I followed all the instructions and the longest it has ever been stuck was a week, usually it slowly releases and slides down until it pops out and my tablet is face down on the table or off table on table Bottom slips - not a good place for a $600 tablet when using OEM accessories. During installation, you need to apply pressure to the tablet for a few minutes, which can cause stress on the screen and frame. It's just a terrible design and Samsung has to admit it. In addition to installation issues, the keyboard cover can cover the screen when the cover is closed, causing the tablet to think the cover is open and turn on. I had this in my pocket and since my Bluetooth headphones are plugged in, the tablet thinks it can be unlocked without my consent, leading to all sorts of accidental touches and icons on my home screen when I get to my destination, not to mention from battery discharge when switched on. Bad product design from a company that should know better. 2 stars for keyboard feel (excellent) and touchpad (good, although it allows for unintentional touches while typing, which is annoying to say the least and at most destroys data, as I've had several instances where unintentional touchpad touches caused either a back wipe or up pressing the cancel button, which resulted in the loss of all my work). Disappointing.
