These lights are great when they work. I ordered 16 sets of 4 inch ultra-thin LED lights for 4000,000. The lights were well packed, looked safe and arrived with no visible damage. I am happy with other Sunco products that I have installed in my home and they are easier to install than glass lamps. Unfortunately, about 1/2 of my 16 lightbulbs won't work on their own, and I've found a few junction boxes to be faulty. Bad J-Boxes either didn't power the light or caused it to flicker. By swapping out the light and J-blocks, I found that the J-blocks were the cause of the flickering, not the light itself. I expect good customer service from Sunco and they get it right because the lights come in so many things are great when they work. Aside from the frustration of multiple failures with a brand new product, the biggest disappointment is the wasted time.
