Chromebook purchased in March stopped working less than a month later. I found something that fits the connector and plugged it into our desktop computer to charge it but it didn't work. We thought the chrome book was broken. Fast forward to the present when my child's school sent home chrome books, we found that the chrome book was fine. The charger died in less than 1 month of use. Revain arranges for me to return it for a refund as I need to buy another charger but it's extremely inconvenient. I even made an appointment for tomorrow to look at it because we need it. Luckily I remembered what we have I got chrome book chargers from school I tried them and it worked. The whole time I thought the chrome book was broken because the charger was so new.
