I ordered two in gray as I needed them for a Christmas present/clothing but only received one. I contacted the seller and he replied within 3 days and said he would resend the missing item immediately. As promised, sent, a week later I received. Not in time for Christmas, but I made it. As for the product itself. I knew I was taking a risk as the same photos are being used by dozens of sellers here with pretty bad reviews. Most of the time I see so many photos from customers showing that what they received is not what was presented. Well I was totally amazed when they arrived and they were great! Seriously, I was shocked. They are super fluffy and buttery soft. The color is accurate. I fluffed them up a bit to freshen them up and get them ready for sewing, but they were thick and fluffy right out of the bag! It looks like some colors might be more subtle and others might be thicker/fluffier, but I think that's intentional rather than a mismatch. For example, the "red" color photos I see don't seem as thick as mine, BUT they come across as full, fluffy, and soft. Just a little thinner but I think it suits the color as it drapes more for a more elegant and form fitting effect. Mine looked exactly (and even better) than the pictures, so if you're thinking of buying one don't hesitate, grab it! I almost feel like I got away with something because of the price lol! I've taken a lot of risks with Revain over the years and to be honest it's 50/50 these days but they were amazing and I'm SO glad I got them! I will definitely be buying more in the future (for myself, yes!).
