Tight fit. in my review
I purchased this bubble mailer to send a thin hardcover book, but the fit is just good enough for mailing about the thickness of 5 letter-sized sheet (8-1/2" x 11") The quality of the envelopes seems good, but since it was too small for my needs I actually didn't use it and had to return it. If you need to mail something the size of 6" x 9" x 1/2", this may work great for you.

- The envelopes may not be tear-resistant
