Haven't used refills yet but they're the only ones that really work. We have three cats and I have two air fresheners where the cat litter is, another one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I can't find Glade refills in any store. That's the only problem I have with the brand, as soon as they release something new they stop selling good stuff!
