Not functional for a practical bedside lamp
We bought these lamps to have a "moving" ceiling lamp on both sides of the bed. The reality is that these lamps only work up and down. You also have a permanent position. Unless you want to fiddle with the tensioner every time you want to adjust the bulb up or down. In addition, the lamps do not move to the right or left. So imagine you want to go to bed with a lamp right in front of your head. To learn diving! My advice: buy another lamp that is convenient to operate left or right, up and down without having to loosen and tighten it for each adjustment. Wrong choice on our part.
