The bag feels solid and secure. It holds my 13" MacBook Air perfectly along with the cables. I wish there was a real pocket for files and papers on the back, not just a luggage hook. My biggest concern is the shoulder strap. I'm 6ft 6" and have this bag on my shoulder with the strap fully extended in my armpit). It's not secure either. It keeps falling out of the bag causing the bag to fall to the ground. Luckily the bag is filled enough to hold my contents to protect.
