Let's start with looks: It doesn't have the color or feel of my Macbook Pro, but that doesn't mean it looks bad or even out of place when it does is connected. Fingerprints remain after use, but can easily be erased. And I think it feels pretty durable. Use it wisely, it's just a dream. He did everything I tried without fuss. Charging works as well as if it weren't there; It's great to be able to use your USB stick again. and I've even finally gotten around to getting some old photos out of my digital camera now that I have this card reader. Everything is out of the box and connects and works, and macos has no issues with it. Just out of curiosity I asked my sister to try this with her Macbook Pro and while not very tech savvy she was very happy with how easy it was to just plug it in and start using her devices. i would say so the hub beats well above its weight class (price for performance). Unless your entire world is entirely USB C around your Macbook and you don't need a million and 1 keys for everything, I would definitely recommend this hub.
