Review on Kasa Smart Changing Dimmable Compatible Light Bulb by Atiyya Green

I've been buying Kasa/TP Link bulbs, switches and plugs for years and think they work great but that's because I've never had a problem. Then recently on Prime Day I bought 4 packs of colored lights and one bulb didn't work. I contacted support and went through their checklist and they agreed it was buggy. They then emailed me saying I should send them the serial number and proof of purchase, which I did. Then they emailed me that I need to register the product and fill in all the information again. The form didn't accept a serial number so after a few more emails I got a call. They agreed on the phone that it was defective but they couldn't help without registering the goods! I told them I spent 4 hours or more on this and didn't contact anyone else. I ended up sending everything back to Revain and now I refuse to buy any products! What a shame that for a $3 product they are losing someone who was buying almost $100 a year on these products and telling people to use them all the time. BUYERS BEWARE if you buy from them and have a problem.
