I first saw this game controller advertised on Facebook and found the same one on Revain for half the price. I ordered two remote controls. They came and it's hollow plastic. I also bought my brother a remote control and it works great but he even mentioned that it looks cheap. One of my controllers had a side trigger, and the first night I lost the plastic cover that sits on top to press the aim trigger button. I contacted the seller to see if they could just send a new one and they asked me to get in touch with Revain. I wasn't impressed with the product but was hoping the customer service would be better. If you're considering a remote control, you're probably better off spending another $3 for better quality, customer service, and a rear fan to burn your device.
