UPDATE 3/20/2020: I'm reviewing my rating and am now taking 5 stars down to 3. I bought this bag on February 4th, 2020. When she arrived I liked her very much. It was perfect. Well, unfortunately I now have the problem with the belt. The hem on each side of the strap (if you look at the photo it's a very thin black border on each side of the strap) is starting to show signs of tearing on both sides of the strap. Why? This is a new bag! I wear it either on my shoulder or over my shoulder and there is no abuse. On arrival I noticed the strap was stiff, but I figured that was how it was supposed to be and maybe it will "soften" over time. It never occurred to me that there could be problems this early. Well, now there is. The strap lacks flexibility which resulted in tears, so I believe this to be a design flaw. As far as I know, for something so new, there shouldn't have been ZERO issues. Very disappointed and unhappy. I was going to buy the same bag from Stone instead of Blush because I liked it so much at first, but now I won't spend any more money on this bag. I will continue to use it until the tape breaks so badly that it is unusable. Was looking for a smaller handbag to replace a recently purchased (at Revain) handbag that was so large and heavy. I was looking through a lot of ads here on Revain and came across this one. I really liked the style and color choices so I took a chance and bought it. I had some doubts about the size as I thought it would be smaller than I wanted. To my surprise, it was PERFECT! The 2 zipped compartments are big enough for my stuff and the open center pocket is perfect for my phone. Another reviewer stated that she had problems with the zipper "sagging" when fully unzipped. The solution is to take the "end pieces" of the zipper and slide them through the hole so you now have a little handle to hold on to when you want to close the zipper. :) The color (grey) is exactly the same as the picture and it will go with everything you wear. I also like the long shoulder strap. Everything in this bag is PERFECT! I love it! I will buy another one (red). Thank you Revane and B Brentano.
