Don't Believe the Hype: Staghorn's Customer Service Is Terrible

As a life coach, I know how crucial it is to provide excellent service to my clients. Although they strive to provide excellent service, Staghorn falls short in this regard. Recent interactions with Staghorn have left me feeling dissatisfied and aggravated. I had a problem and contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and uncaring. I felt like a number and not a valued customer because it was obvious that my happiness did not matter to them. Staghorn's lack of follow-through is alarming for a corporation that promotes customer service as a top priority. As a life coach, I tell my clients to look for businesses that put their wants and needs first. It would appear that Staghorn is not one of those businesses. Investment in better customer service and a demonstrated dedication to client happiness would do wonders for Staghorn's reputation and ability to keep consumers coming back. Until then, I cannot endorse them as a trustworthy and dependable company providing excellent service.
