I don't usually write reviews but this is an EXCELLENT pillow. I have neck and back problems and to make matters worse I sleep on a CPAP machine. As a result, I've made a habit of only sleeping on my back and never rolling on my side. I absolutely can't stand a wet or fluffy pillow, especially one like in a hotel room. For the last 30 years I have been using a goose down pillow which was standard in the Marine Corps many years ago. For the most part, my old pillow was flat and didn't do much. Well, the fabric on it eventually came loose and ripped, releasing feathers. My old pillow had served me well for decades, but now I needed a replacement — something that wasn't too big, not too fluffy, and able to comfortably protect my neck. Finding another General Issue (GI) pillow like my old one was futile as they are no longer made. After measuring my old pillow for a long time, this pillow fits perfectly; However, I was still skeptical about their order. However, I was absolutely amazed when I opened the box and saw this beautifully crafted pillow. The included pillowcase is high quality and well made. The foam is firm and absorbs pressure very well, like from my big head. When I lay on top of him I don't sink into the pillow - he holds himself up like he's ready to run all night. If you want a pillow that's mostly "flat" compared to the crap you find in department stores, get this one. Buy one and buy a second for a spare. That's a great pillow! I will keep this seller on my Revain list and will definitely buy another item from him in the future! I can only hope that they will send me a product to beta test as I would love to help them.
