Review on MoKo Portable Personal Fan by Brandon Rogers

Just before we left I received my neck fan for our family trip to Orlando. I charged it up and packed it with our entire park and within the first 15 minutes at the park it completely died and wouldn't turn back on. So I recharged it that night and went back to the park the next day and in less than 15 minutes it died with the battery again, the battery is awful!
