I doubted this duvet would really cool. I'm a believer! It's like sleeping through the night with the cooking side of a pillowcase. i am a hot dream Despite the heat, I like to cover myself with a blanket. I found the sheets too thin and the duvets too hot. That's the golden mean. It has a cool, silky side and a soft, cotton-like t-shirt. The cotton side doesn't cool, but can be used when it gets too chilly. I like that it's thin and light and packs easily without being bulky. It's also perfect for summer camping! At first I thought the price was high. After sleeping all night without waking up from the heat, I think it's worth it. The seams are large and well stitched. The fabric is thicker than a sheet and heavier than expected. This gives it a nice weight and is more like a blanket. I love it and would buy it again.
