If you have an Apple MAC desktop like me, your mouse will fail in 2-3 years. Get a $75 refund when you buy a replacement Apple! You can buy this replacement, which works great, for around $15. You'll have to plug the SIM-like part into the USB port on the back, but that doesn't matter. You don't have a cord, the mouse works great and will last for years. I've had one for over six years and only ordered another one because the dirt and grease from my hand made it so dirty I couldn't clean it. Excellent purchase!
