This chair is perfect for correcting posture at the computer desk. Helps you stabilize your upright position and helps relieve my lower back pain. While it's great for working on a computer, it's not suitable for spending time reading a book or studying. For that, I'd recommend the comfy leather computer chair you see all over Revain for around $80. I use this chair and the leather chair alternately depending on what I'm doing. This chair can easily be rolled under the table to hide away when not in use. Makes less mess. It took me 8 minutes from opening the box to assembling it. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their posture and get rid of back pain. FYI, the instructions state a weight limit of 200 pounds. So if you're about 275+ you might be able to reduce them due to the direct weight on the chair, so be careful.
