I am very disappointed in this product, my item he sent me, an item someone has already used or opened, this item has been opened, the band has been adjusted, no charges. I love this band, I promised you I would never buy from this product again. I hate giving it back. It was my time living out of town so I like to shop online expecting to get the right order. The band is really good, I wish they hadn't done this to me.
