The support is fantastic! I've never had an issue contacting them via email or phone - they're always incredibly helpful whenever we have questions about our account. Not many but there's not much that I dislike either- this platform has been amazing for us so far! Would highly recommend. They've helped us fill several roles within our organisation since using Storm2. We needed someone who could understand our industry as well as work collaboratively across different departments without having any background knowledge of what was required of each role. I like that they have a variety of different roles available and they can tailor them as per my needs. They have good customer service too, if you need help they will be there for you. The application process is quite long and detailed, but it's worth it to get the best candidates. We're looking to expand our team so we can grow our business, and Storm2 helped us with that.
