I'll try to be brief for anyone looking for an honest opinion on this product and its installation. It only took a few minutes to install, but if you lose a screw, let's just say. screwed up! Use a magnetic screwdriver if you have one to remove the cluster from the case and secure the device to the back. Otherwise don't do what I did and put a screw in the dash itself. I managed to find it but it took about 30 minutes. There are two holes in the finished product to attach a real phone holder to the mount itself, but only one is threaded for the mount which has a clip attached. Something strange?! It also means you can only use one threaded hole that is slightly higher than another hole. To add to this disappointment, the mount doesn't really sit flat, but tilts a bit, which is pretty obvious to me, elevating the phone an inch or two than it could be. It's really a manufacturing issue. I went with the holder and the phone and it doesn't really move like other reviews have said so not sure what their problem is. For the price I would definitely buy it again.
