I would say it is true to size, I could have fit an XS best, however, the S gave me a slight oversize feel. I'm pretty short so I returned these because I didn't want to alter the bottoms so beware if you are below 5'3"I ordered eggplant, galaxy blue, and heather gray and the colors were beautiful. The material was very thin and breathable, the material reminded me of like a slip dress for see-through dresses. Would buy again if they offered petite bottom for these sets. Otherwise, great color options for half the price and a full set of scrubs.
