Review on Narwal by Benjamin Robinson

The team was very proactive from start-to-finish when it came time for us as customers/partners to utilize their services. They were always available via email or phone if needed during our implementation process which helped ease any concerns we had regarding getting started quickly! It took them some extra effort but they did everything possible within reason to make sure that things went smoothly once implemented. There wasn't anything I can think off at this point other than maybe having more detailed documentation (or additional training) around how certain features work so there aren't surprises down the road after implementing new functionality. Our goal has been simplified by using NarWal's platform; however, due to its robustness, now even further simplification will be required going forward since not all issues have necessarily gone away just because something isn't being done manually anymore - sometimes you need manual intervention simply because no software solution exists yet. Simplifying processes across multiple departments while also increasing efficiency overall are.
