Handles jammed and seller refused to return item Handles do not move up and down freely, they get stuck when lowered. I have to press the little button at the end to push the handles down. This is clearly a defect and I immediately asked for a refund. Revain immediately emailed me the return labels and then I received 3 emails from the seller plus a phone call from the seller telling me to keep the item and not returning the Revain and he also said I would won't do if he returns to Revain will see a return. I described how effective this bag is, problems with the handles, then the clerk on the phone said it looks like a manufacturer fault, he will be in touch with the manufacturer, in the meantime I still can't get the defective bag return to Revain. Not a pleasant experience.
