1) I paid $35 extra for expedited shipping and ordered an entire month before Mother's Day. When did it finally show up? The day before Mother's Day. Shipped via DHL ecommerce is certainly not my idea of expedited shipping.2) Misspelled grammar on my second lockets engraving "Your are my sunshine"3) Picture is an overly pixilated vinyl sticker.with peeling edges that scratches off each time the locket opens and closes.4) The gift box was recycled from an earring and necklace set and showed discoloration on the foam. Both boxes were also bent and crushed at the corners due to the very poor packing.Overall- I do not recommend. I would have paid the same price for sterling silver lockets at an actual jeweler.
