This is a cute box for gift giving or storing your small trinkets and things. It has a strong magnetic closure that clicks into place. They came together but it doesn't matter as I use them for custom gifts so the chick aspect is useless to me. However, it saves space if you keep them in your "gift wrapping room". The template is gender neutral and even age neutral if that makes sense. These boxes are of good thickness, very durable and beautiful. The only issue I had was the price - I found them a little overpriced for boxes of this size. If the largest box was larger, that would be considered a reasonable price. I'm only saying this because I saw these types of boxes at my local store and compared the prices. I understand that shipping costs are added to the price as they are cumbersome to ship.
