I like how they are very helpful in getting my releases out to media outlets, as well as helping with social sharing of content that is relevant for our business line or products/services we offer! They also have an excellent customer service team who responds quickly when you need help via email at any time during your relationship with them (which can be long term). The only thing about their pricing structure which may seem expensive but isn't really if one takes into account what it's worth having someone work hard behind-the scenes promoting & distributing articles / posts etc., especially given there aren’t many other options available within this space - plus all benefits mentioned above apply here too :) Also not much else to say apart from being able to trust they will do exactly what was agreed upon between us both prior to signing up together so.
