I return a lot of ebay clothing because I end up not liking it. Typically the quality is too cheap or it doesn't fit right. But this dress is my unicorn dress. A rare find.The knit fabric is good quality. It's not too thin and "pilly" and it drapes nicely. The drape is a big deal because if it doesn't hang right, one can look pregnant. This dress doesn't do that. It feels mid-weight, I guess? I wash on delicate and air dry because I want to prolong the magic of it looking nice.The fit is flattering for anyone with middle age mom bod. It's not boxy like some baby doll-style dresses. While I don't call this an empire waist dress, it's close. The waist gathers a little lower than one's bust but above the belly. The three-tiered skirt is fabulous for its femininity and for disguising bulges. I always try to find garments with flutter or cap sleeves as they flatter my arms better than a boxy t-shirt style sleeve and this dress's flutter sleeves are, as they say, "on point."The v-neck opening isn't an overly deep V. It's basically a gentle scoop neck style in my opinion which is fine. If it goes too scoop or too V neck it tends to be unflattering on me. I took a risk and it paid off. I wish it came in square neck style.Comfort? In spades. I want to buy more in other colors. I could live in this thing.
