I love this product, its noise level is very low I love all the color options and fan speeds! I'm not a gamer so can't give it a high rating but it's definitely ergonomic and keeps my laptop cool and not overheating! However, I only have this 2 star rating because the back legs are not designed for strength when I first opened this product and attached the back legs for lifting! The right side leg broke and I only pulled it out to put my other leg on it for height adjustment! It was very frustrating to be able to use it, but having to set it up every time I use it is a major inconvenience and I'm disappointed and upset that it didn't break anything on my side to begin with Has ! Is there anything you could do to fix this? And I would be more than willing to revise my review and give this product a 5 star rating?
