This is a great substitute for groups.
I bought a great new Citizen Eco Drive watch from Amazon. The only negative was the Nato strap, which actually had disproportionately large eyelets around the holes. So I bought these really cheap and attractive replacement straps. After having someone remove the old strap and put the pins back in, I can use any of the four straps however I like. Crescent shaped end and then hold the end through the flame of a lighter, which will melt the end and leave it clean.
