Awesome Radios! They are easy to use and do their job perfectly. I wish there was a way to charge radios without removing the belt clip, but that's a minor issue. The walkie talkies are small and light weight, the speaker is almost invisible when you wear it. Update 8/27/19: I've been using these walkie-talkies for 3 years now. You CAN charge a radio with a belt clip attached. The center button will fade out over time if held down or "on" all the time - not good because it transmits when you don't want it to. Motorola support told me it can't be fixed and I need to buy a new radio. nope! I took the radio apart (you'll need a tiny set of screwdrivers) and put a thin round sponge behind the knob to pry it open. Works perfectly again, hopefully for another 3 years. Headset cords break over time with frequent use, leaving the cords exposed. I temporarily fixed it with tape. At least the headset is inexpensive to replace. Still a great little radio, essential in our office where fast communication is important.
