Looks like decent quality vinyl

Looks like decent quality vinyl. One side is covered with eggshell, the other side is shiny and covered with a protective plastic film. However, it cannot be used: it is twisted so TIGHT that there is no way to keep it flat. In fact, I couldn't even unfold it! It bangs very hard. I tried my best to flip it the other way, thinking it would level things out, but it didn't work. Therefore it is completely useless!
