Review on INBIKE Cycling Windbreaker Windproof Reflective by Bart Elbrink

I really like the fit, feel and look of this jacket, but it doesn't feel windproof or warm. I wore it to a run this morning. It was 39 degrees, there was a light breeze and my shoulders felt cold immediately. Maybe it's meant to reflect body heat back because after moving for about 15 minutes it felt good. I was just expecting it to feel warmer based on the description. Not that it's a big deal for me, but it also zips up to all of my other coats (for the left hand), just like a women's jacket.
