I had to tighten it all the way. I wish I had a shorter one that could dress better. I used 2 of these (big ones which has helped some. I wore jeans and I found wearing them on both sides was a little better but the pants fell out after a while. Suspenders work better but I don't like suspenders but they don't I'm worried about the jeans I have a big gap between the loops so I ran out of velcro to tighten further They look stylish but can't give them more 5 stars.
