I would rate this item better if there weren't two issues. First, as you can see from the photo, the rod that the Triple Bristle nozzle attaches to is made of plastic, a fairly fragile plastic. After less than 5 months of use, the handle broke with normal use rendering the brush unusable. Second, Triple Bristle's customer service appears to be "service" in name only. Since filing a warranty claim in March, I've only received superficial acknowledgment and a request for more information. Although I promptly provided information and repeatedly tried to get an answer to my application, Triple Bristle remained silent. Not even the hint of an answer. Conversely, I got very good service and great customer service from the competition. Although the problem was different, Philips Sonicare quickly addressed my issue and replaced the brush. Customer service, which really means customer service.
