I was delighted to receive this and to work with it during foot reflexology. However, in less than a week, I pulled it out of my purse and the tip broke off. I'm guessing it was/really fragile? I was very upset and nervous. I was planning on trying to glue and fix it but a week later when taking it out I accidentally dropped it (just got up) and the rest broke in half. Tried asking Revain for a refund but didn't get to UPS before my refund expired (I live over an hour from the UPS pickup area and couldn't always schedule this trip into my schedule) *sigh* the absence or refund was my fault. Moral of the story: It's easy to break as it's very fragile and probably not good for reflexology anyway for that reason. I had it for less than a week when it broke so I can't say more. It was pretty green.
